Do I need to swim well?

You need to be comfortable in water. Some courses include a swimming check.

Is diving safe?

Diving has risks, which is why we teach carefully, brief every dive and dive within limits. Please tell us about any health conditions.

Do I need a medical check?

Yes, we ask you to complete a health questionnaire, and some conditions need a doctor to approve diving first.
