How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can. Large events and popular dates fill up, but we will always try to help with short notice.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary needs?

Yes. Tell us what you need and we plan the menu and preparation around it.

Do you provide staff and equipment?

Yes. We can provide servers, tableware and setup, or deliver the food only.

Can we taste the menu first?

For larger events we can arrange a tasting. Ask us when you request a quote.
