Questions and answers

Questions and answers

Quick answers to what people ask us most.

Why is honey different from jar to jar?

It depends on the flowers the bees visit and the season. That is why colour and taste vary.

Can I taste before buying?

Yes. Ask at the counter and we will let you try a few.

Is honey suitable for babies?

Honey is not recommended for babies under one year old. Please ask your doctor if you are unsure.

Does honey crystallise?

Yes, it is normal. Warm the jar gently in warm water and it will soften.
